Over the years I have developed my own methods of teaching and continue to add different techniques. I started studying classical piano at age seven and later developed a strong interest in R&B, Rock, Jazz, and other genres of music. I began to study with different instructors, focusing on blues, Jazz and ear training.

I incorporate all of my training and experience of music into my lessons, emphasizing technique, theory, reading, ear training, improvisation, and deliverance. I encourage my students (both adult and children) to compose music and remind them that listening to music is just as important.
